A Nokta iPhone is a privacy-first iPhone that's pre-configured and supervised for security and support. It comes with a curated set of apps, enforced protections, and Nokta can take protective action if the device is lost or compromised.

By default, iCloud and Apple ID sign-in are disabled on Nokta devices to reduce data leakage and account linking. If you specifically need iCloud for your use case, message us and we'll confirm whether it can be enabled for your device.

WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are controlled by Meta, not Nokta. Logouts, bans, rate limits, outages, contact visibility, and backup/restore behaviour are decided by Meta. If contacts show as numbers, it's usually because contacts aren't saved in the iPhone address book or WhatsApp permissions/settings changed.
